I finally got your blog from your mom and just made your Dark Chocolate Expresso cupcakes. They are unbelievable. Will be trying more cupcake recipes. Just a question, how can I keep the frosting and use it on other cupcakes since I have some leftover.

Mom told me you gave these a try. They are definitely one of my favorites. Feel free to refrigerate the frosting for up to 3 weeks.
