Could you tell me what “fleur de sel” is? I never heard of it. Used to dust? Don’t know and wondered if you could tell me if you have the recipe for it? or if it is a specialty where can I buy it to try out your recipe? Thanks so much! Shar
Not a problem Shar! Fleur de Sel is French seal salt. You can use regular sea salt that you find in the grocery store, but I have a specialty spice shop in my area and prefer to use Fleur de Sel instead. You might want to try Williams Sonoma or check out to see if you have a Savory Spice Shop in your area.
